		<description>Maybe you can help. I was sitting on my balcony and it was a bit windy. The wind whistled through the trees and buildings producing a low pitched undulating melody with a beautiful counterpoint from the rush of the trees. The rope on the flagpole produced a complimentary rhythm. 

I didn't get the name of the composer, but the music was beautiful, but I don't know who to send the royalties to or how to get the performance rights. I think this performance was illegal. 

Maybe you can help.</description>
